The grounds include 19 king or double-queen bed tents, a furnished lobby tent, a banquet tent, multiple communal campfire lounge areas, and a bathhouse. The lobby tent is 30’x40’, the banquet tent is 20’x40’ and an additional event tent can be rented from a service provider and setup in the large gravel area.

Each sleeping tent is immersed in Nature with a private covered porch and plush beds. The following tent types are available:

• King Bed Tents: 10

• Double Queen Bed Tents: 5

• Electric King Bed Tents: 2

• Electric Double Queen Bed Tent: 1

• Electric Master King Tent: 1

The bathhouse is a 2-5 minute walk from each tent and outfitted with hot showers, flushing toilets, fresh towels and eco-friendly bath products.

Locally sourced breakfast is served daily with vegan and gluten-free options available. Propane and charcoal grills are also available in the lounge area outside the lobby tent if you prefer to prepare your own fireside meal.

Hiking: The trailhead to Upper Buttermilk Falls is located on the property, offering access to wooded trails, waterfalls and a swimming hole at the lower park, which is a steep 1-hour hike. Check out more outdoor adventures in the area.

Wine & Food Tours: Savor the taste of the region with a tasting tour of premier wineries guided by Experience! The Finger Lakes or a walking tour of Ithaca’s unique restaurants with Ithaca Is Foodies.

Boat Tours & Kayak Rentals: Explore Ithaca by water at Cayuga Lake, a 15-minute drive from camp. Discover Cayuga Lake offers private charters, boat tours and eco-cruises or for more independent adventuring, Paddle-N-More provides kayak, tandem kayak, and SUP rentals.
