COVID-19 Information

Everyone at Firelight is mindful of both COVID-19’s profound impact and of our community’s real need for an escape into nature.

The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. We closely monitor local and state guidance, as well as procedural advice from the WHO and CDC. Based on available guidance, we are currently open for the season with a few adjustments to our normal operations, including:

• Additional public space cleaning and rigorous cleaning of tents between stays

• Suspension of mid-stay housekeeping services

• Any staff member who is ill or who has a close contact will be instructed to stay home.

• Updated Cancellation Policy

To protect our community, we respectfully request that guests who feel unwell, or are unable to quarantine in line with New York State regulations, cancel and reschedule their trip. To help, we are eliminating the cancellation fees if this applies to your reservation.
